The Federation of Protestant Welfare Agencies (FPWA) presents a forum which will be moderated by Jeanne Mullgrav, Commissioner of the Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD).  The event's three panels will focus on Education, Workforce Development and Special Needs/Mental Health issues.
