Spitzer Responds to NYCETC Gubernatorial Candidate Questionnaire on Workforce Development Issues
Prior to the November 2006 election, gubernatorial candidate Eliot Spitzer answered a NYCETC questionnaire saying that New York State must "start developing an integrated workforce development system that is strategic, demand-driven and accountable" and that "we must align NY's education and workforce systems with its economic development system to increase efficiency, accountability and strategic direction."
